Breakdancing Will Take You on a Journey to Getting Into The Best Shape of Your Life. In phase 1 of training your body will start to become used to the breakdance movements and begin reprogramming itself to become more efficient in burning fat and building muscle.
Building, Toning & Sculpting Your Muscles. As you transition into phase 2 and are training more consistently, you’ll start to develop, sculpt and chisel specific areas where your body is most used, most commonly the 6 pack Abs and Arms. By phase 2 you'll start to notice a revealing six pack and the ripped body that comes from breakdancing.
